Join the province-wide celebration of Alberta on the Plate, showcasing our beautiful province's incredible bounty grown and produced locally. This ten-day dine-around festival highlights local restaurants and products, connecting consumers to agriculture. AOTP shares the Alberta food story through media and social channels, promoting restaurants, producers, farms, and businesses. Smoked and beer-braised Nossack sausage and onions topped with sauerkraut and mustard on a Good Bread Bakery bun.

Tailgunner’s authentic Bavarian sausages are produced in Red Deer, AB, by Nossack Fine Meats. After over 100 years of tradition, the Nossack family immigrated from Frankfurt (Germany) to Red Deer, Alberta (Canada). Its’ family tradition of quality meats has evolved since it was established in 1894 and spans five generations of the Nossack family. Like his father and grandfather, Karsten achieved professional certification as a Master Butcher & Sausage Maker.
